Yoga for Physical and Emotional Health

All classes are private or semi-private with no more than 3 students!

This 90 Minute Integral Hatha Class is a comprehensive Yoga program that incorporates 4 of the 8 Limbs of Yoga;

  • Poses/Asanas
  • Deep Relaxation/Pratyahara
  • Breath Work/Pranayama/
  • Meditation (Concentration)/Dharana

The class is appropriate for ALL levels and there is no experience necessary.
