This 90 Minute Integral Hatha Class is a comprehensive Yoga program that incorporates 4 of the 8 Limbs of Yoga;
The class is appropriate for ALL levels and there is no experience necessary.
Sometimes we need more. We need a person who is there for us with no other agenda but to support us through our journey of self-exploration.
In therapy, we can address anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, relationship issues, and trauma.

What to Wear/Bring:
Join us for a weekly meditation and fellowship group. In this group, we will cover some basics of meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) as well as dive into some yoga philosophy. We will then practice about 45 minutes of pranayama and meditation.
The goal is to deepen our understanding and practice of the yogic branches of concentration, meditation, and breathing.
Please bring a comfortable cushion to sit on.
